Propose Urban Forests (i.e. existing buildings) and Urban Sawmills as mainstream sources of low-carbon harvested and recovered (recycled or re-used) building materials. Emphasis on material flow analyses and passporting, strategies for designing for deconstruction, digitalization, performance documentation of recovered materials, sustainability assessment, proposition of new business models.
