UK FIRES

Innovation that advances net-zero goals in industry is crucial for achieving a successful transition to a lower-emission world. This project focuses on the use and up-scaling of existing technologies to enable the industry to meet the UK government’s commitment to net zero by 2050. UK FIRES will develop new holistic analyses, benchmarks and standards to release climate-resilient goods and businesses. The collaboration is coordinated through a Living Lab where industrial partners will test and apply the findings such as the generation of new business models.
