Building on previous projects like Foreseer and WholeSem, the Horizon 2020 program is set to explore the interconnections between water, energy, food, and greenhouse gas emissions. This initiative will develop dynamic systems modelling tools to relate the flows and stocks within these interconnected systems, with applications to case study areas in the Lower Danube, Isonzo River (Italy-Slovenia), and Pinios River Basin (Greece). The project aims to co-develop models through a participatory approach with stakeholders, enabling the simulation of intervention scenarios and informing policy decisions.
